My ADSL has stopped working.

If your modem is a USB type, try re-booting your computer.
If your modem is a router, switch it off and then on again.

How do I setup my mail account?

Go to http://ctl.cia.com.au/  and login using your username and password. Once you are in the Control Panel, click on the Folder labelled "Email" in the left-hand column then click on " mailbox es" to set up a mailbox .

How do I upgrade my account?

You are free to change to a different plan of the same connection speed. If you are changing to a plan with a different speed however, there is a service fee of $48 plus GST. Simply email accounts@cia.com.au  with your details.

The following settings are taken from the One-Page Configuration of the NB1300 NetComm ADSL Modem. All ADSL modems are similar, so we present the basic configuration here. Note that you may have a custom setup, if this is so please contact us on 1300 555 900 for more details.

The NB1300 has a default LAN IP address of 192.168.1.1. You will need a LAN machine with an IP address in the 192.168.1.0 range to connect via a web browser.

Default username and password for the web admin section of the modem is as follows:

Username: admin
Password: password

Customer default settings:

Service Name: Cia ADSL (Not an obligatory field).
Username: yourusername@cia.com.au
