CIADSL provides discounts and grouped accounting for resellers. You can
order all your end user ADSL links through the one account and get just
one monthly invoice. The plans we offer to resellers are based on our
standard flat fee accounts, but at a discount. You also get a discounted
setup fee of $129 per end user.

Neither the end user links nor your reseller account have a minimum
contract duration, but you are charged 3 months in advance for all
services. Speed changes to links will incur a $75 fee. Our modems are
already heavily discounted, so no further discounts are available to
resellers.

In order to activate your account, you will be required to pay a $750
bond that we hold as security over your account. These funds cannot be
used towards orders.  They will be held for as long as you have an
account with us, and fully refunded when you close it.

Reseller accounts can be activated within 48 hours. End user orders
usually take 5 to 10 days to activate. CIADSL currently only offers DSL
services in NSW. The prices below are for metro links.  End users' links
located outside of Sydney metro area will be charged an extra $10, and a
further $10 if they are more than 165km from Sydney
